Solid copper earth plates are used as part of an earthing network. They provide a long lasting solution where rods are unsuitable. They are often installed in conjunction with low resistance earthing compound.

Typically, depending on the electrical conductivity of the soil and the design of the earth system, this plate is produced in 50, 60 or 66 cm squares, with thickness of 3 or 5 mm.

This plate is produced from C101 and C102 pure copper and 304 and 316 stainless steel and are available in readymade form too.
